Mediaset. Sophistication of the commercial offering

Introduction

Within Mediaset’s core lies the adaptation of their commercial offering to meet the new needs in Audience Planning of the current market. To achieve this, they solicited the services of an expert Partner who could accompany them and help achieve said transformation in their digital commercial assets. With a DMP solution for the Onboarding of all of Mediaset Group’s characteristics and digital assets, we placed the spotlight on generating high value segments that offer a qualitative jump in Mediaset Group’s commercial offerings.

Description

We helped the Mediaset Group in getting the best use out of their DMP tool, with the goal of creating a competitive segmentation offering for the market of agencies and advertisers. Our mission was divided into different responsibilities:
– Supervision and validation of implementation, taxonomy, variable and associated rules.
– Supervision and support in Audience Insights processes and modelling.
– Recommendation of high value segments.
– Support and global consulting.
